Pictured is an artist proof in gypsum cement and steel for a piece called Opulent (Neutered). The composition was in reaction to the various overwhelming fears that permeated through most aspects of life in the summer of 2020. Fear is a dominant emotion and combined with material opulence, we have the tendency to divorce ourselves from reasoned perspectives and slip into tribal disputes rather than working together to build a stronger society.
